John Beilein
Master Teacher & Program BuilderJohn Beilein is one of college basketball’s most respected teachers of the game, known for detail-driven player development, clear communication, and culture building. He led Michigan (2007–2019) to two NCAA championship game appearances (2013, 2018), two Big Ten regular-season titles (2012, 2014), and two Big Ten Tournament titles (2017, 2018), becoming the program’s all-time wins leader with 278 victories. He previously guided West Virginia to the Elite Eight and the 2007 NIT championship, and later coached the Cleveland Cavaliers. Beilein also served as Senior Advisor for Player Development with the Detroit Pistons and now appears as a college basketball analyst on the Big Ten Network.
